Based in the Cincinnati office, Lisa plays a pivotal role in InfoTrust’s recruiting efforts, supporting roles across analytics, sales, engineering, and more. Through recruiting, she not only connects top talent with opportunities but also relishes the chance to collaborate with InfoTrust’s diverse and dynamic teams. Lisa’s passion for fostering a vibrant workplace culture and enhancing employee experience shines through in her involvement in various projects and initiatives to cultivate a fun and supportive work environment. Whether she’s spearheading employee resource groups (ERGs), volunteering for the InfoTrust Foundation, or actively participating in local meetups, Lisa’s dedication to nurturing talent and fostering connections remains unwavering.
Dani leads Talent Acquisition at InfoTrust, a leading provider of data and analytics solutions for enterprises. Dani has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. I am also a Lean Six Sigma certified professional who drives strategic and operational excellence in recruiting.
As the former Head of Global Executive and Leadership Recruiting for LinkedIn’s product organization, she led a team of talent professionals who advised and influenced senior-level hiring leaders on implementing holistic and inclusive recruiting practices. Dani spearheaded the establishment of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging council for Product recruiting on a global scale, bringing together stakeholders from various teams. Dani’s mission is to attract and retain top talent, build strategic partnerships, and serve as an ambassador for InfoTrust, the trusted partner for data-driven organizations.
