While your organization or brand may not be subject to GDPR guidelines today (unless you’re marketing to customers in the European Union), GDPR-like data privacy laws are coming to the U.S. very soon. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), for instance, takes effect January 2020, with major fine implications for large companies in and outside of California that are marketing to California residents. In New York, an even stricter privacy act is currently being reviewed in a senate committee.
In this half-day workshop, experienced tag governance specialist Lucas Long and attorney Justin Clark will provide hands-on training your organization can use.
