While your organization or brand may not be subject to GDPR guidelines today (unless you’re marketing to customers in the European Union), GDPR-like data privacy laws are coming to the U.S. very soon. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), for instance, takes effect January 2020, with major fine implications for large companies in and outside of California that are marketing to California residents. In New York, an even stricter privacy act is currently being reviewed in a senate committee. Register now to join us for a half-day data governance workshop in Cincinnati, Chicago, or New York City.
You will walk out of the workshop with a solid understanding of data governance principles and requirements, the foundation of a data collection audit for your organization, and a roadmap for actions and next-steps for a data governance policy for your digital properties.
This hands-on workshop will be particularly useful to members of your company’s privacy, marketing, and IT departments.
InfoTrust works with thousands of websites annually on all things data governance. Our unique exposure to the policies and legal requirements as defined by many Fortune 500 companies, mixed with expertise on the tag management and data collection side, provides a wholistic perspective with which to help you define your data governance policy.

Our goal is to have unique tag inventory reports and basic output data collected and ready do distribute to all attendees. We will use these for the workshopping portion (as opposed to the initial presentation portion) of the session so you will not only gain knowledge around what to do, but also have the foundation to do it once you leave.
