PetIQ® selected InfoTrust as a partner to bring together data from Google Analytics/BigQuery and Snowflake DataSources to enable more advanced/granular marketing use cases. The team was looking to join their online user data with their offline veterinary records to understand the conversations that can be attributed to their digital marketing efforts.
PetIQ® has 18 Google Analytics (GA) properties at the brand level. These properties are a mix of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Universal Analytics (UA) properties, and consist of roll-up properties as well. All of these properties were already linked to the BigQuery (BQ) project and have gathered a year’s worth of historical data. InfoTrust performed a thorough audit to assess the data accuracy and overarching GA to BQ linkage setup. The team also recommended PetIQ® continue with the same project instead of creating a new one from scratch, just so the analysis could benefit from the historic data in the existing BQ project.
