WAW Recap: Omnichannel Analytics with CRM & Digital Integration

Web Analytics Wednesday Cincinnati
Estimated Reading Time: 2 minute

Thank you to all that came out last night for Web Analytics Wednesday (WAW)! With over 20 analytics fans in attendance, plus a steady supply of pizza and drinks, folks had a great time discussing omnichannel analytics.

If you were unable to make it, Alex discussed how the integration of CRMs combine with analytics platforms to provide a comprehensive view of customers both online and offline. With this data, marketers can see how all of their activities are impacting company goals and make smarter decisions.

We’re gearing up for the next several months of WAW and are always on the lookout for presenters that can share their love of analytics (and a few tips!) with attendees. If you or someone you know would like to present at an upcoming Web Analytics Wednesday, please reach out to me at kaylie (at) infotrustllc.com.
