InfoTrust is Now a SessionCam Partner!

Session Replay is one of the leading analytics processes and methodologies to understand the problems, issues, and errors that need to be optimized to improve website conversion and customer experience. Most organizations have some for of web analytics platform or heatmapping tool to showcase metrics and usage of features on digital platforms, but session replay tools such as SessionCam take that a step further to record how users interact with websites to see mouse movement, clicks, form input, scrolling and mobile gestures against an exact version of the page design and content seen by each user at the exact moment they used your website.

As this is a critical piece to a complete digital analytics ecosystem and solution toolkit, and to be able to provide the best support possible to our clients, we have expanded our core service offerings to include session replay services, particularly with SessionCam.

We’re very excited to announce that we have become official SessionCam Partners! SessionCam is the world’s leading session replay and heatmapping tool, headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

In addition to the current analytics platforms we support, like Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager or Custom Data Platforms like Blueconic we now support the SessionCam session replay platform. Our partnership services entail analytics strategy and architecture, implementation, integration and validation, as well as reporting, analysis and insights to drive website conversions.

We will be rolling out more content around session replay tools and our work with SessionCam in the coming months in the form of new blog posts and webinars, so stay tuned!
