We hosted a webinar with Google’s Charu Singhal and our own Brad Prenger, InfoTrust’s VP of Partnerships, to dissect the 4 stages of the analytics journey.
After working with 25+ Fortune 500 companies and distilling their most successful digital analytics projects, InfoTrust helps organizations identify where they fall in “The Analytics Journey.” In this webinar, Google’s Charu Singhal joins us to dissect the four stages of the journey and explain how companies progress from one stage to another.
Below are the four stages, in order:
- Nascent: “We ‘use’ analytics on a very basic level, our data quality is questionable, and our team has a limited view on what is actually driving our performance.”
- Emerging: “We understand the importance of analytics to our business but currently rely heavily on 3rd-party data. Our analysis and reporting is very siloed.”
- Connected: “We have a single POV of our customer, which allows us to understand media effectiveness and be more personalized with our campaigns. However, we’re still evaluating on a campaign level.”
- Multi-Moment: “We’re an analytics machine with media being optimized by individual outcomes or transactions. We use BigQuery for predictive modeling, revenue forecasting, and customer lifetime value.”
