What a moment. What a milestone. What a testament to who we are when we choose to step up together.
Every year, the Basket Brigade reminds us that success isn’t measured only by revenue, headcount, or global reach. Success is measured by the moments when we use our strength to lift someone else. This year, that truth hit harder than ever.
From a humble beginning, the Basket Brigade has grown into a force of unity that spans cities, countries, and cultures. What started small has become a global ritual of contribution. In Cincinnati alone, our team packed 750 baskets. Worldwide, we supported more than 1,200 additional baskets through our partners and global teams. And we didn’t just show up. We brought our families. We brought our children. We brought our hearts.
Those blue baskets are more than containers. They are symbols. Symbols of what’s possible when people choose to channel gratitude into action. Each basket represents the belief that joy multiplies when shared. That compassion doesn’t need translation. That culture isn’t what a company claims to be. Culture is what people do together when no one is watching
And this year, we crossed a massive milestone. The InfoTrust Foundation has now surpassed $1 million in lifetime donations given. That is not a number. That is a million moments of relief, dignity, and hope for people who needed it most. A million reminders that our success becomes someone else’s miracle.
We couldn’t have done it without the organizations that stand on the front lines every day — serving children, families, and communities in Cincinnati, Chicago, the Philippines, and beyond. They are the heroes. We are honored to stand with them.
But here’s what moved me most: watching our kids pack baskets. Watching them learn contribution not as a concept but as a lived experience. That’s how you build a legacy. That’s how you create a culture that outlasts any quarterly goal.
This is who we are at InfoTrust. We build. We serve. We show up. And we do it together.
Let’s keep going. Let’s keep growing. Let’s keep proving that business can be a catalyst for good. Let’s keep building a company where success becomes someone else’s miracle.
Because unity isn’t a slogan. It’s a choice. And we choose it — again and again.
