This past summer, before I started working for InfoTrust, I had the opportunity to attend the company’s NewCo presentation on customer-funded businesses. While I learned a lot about customer funded growth versus outside investments, I walked away with one question – how can I get a job at InfoTrust?
During his presentation, Alex spoke about the number one vision he and our co-founder Michael had when starting the company and that was to build one of the best places to work. The strategy behind this was to create awesome working conditions and invest in building an incredible culture, all of which allows you to hire the very best professionals.
I’m coming up on my third month working here, and I’ll tell you one thing; it’s unlike any organization I’ve ever been a part of. There is no denying why InfoTrust has once again become a finalist in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work for the fourth year in a row (2011-2015).
To celebrate this award, we took the team and their families to Dave & Busters for a night filled with food and friendly competition. Since we typically have some pretty intense tournaments in the office (corn hole, ping pong, and pop a shot) it was a great opportunity to challenge each other in new games (including regulation size basketball pop a shot – here’s looking at you Andy Gibson).
Despite the endless pursuit for bragging rights, I think we can all agree that at InfoTrust we’re just a big family who works and eats together. We just also happen to do a bit of smack-talking via an excessive amount of gifs.
P.S. We’re hiring! If you’re interested in joining our awesome team, take a look at our open positions.
