BLUE ASH, OH — The digital analytics consulting and technology team at InfoTrust is pleased to announce that long-time Procter & Gamble executive Kent Oldham is joining the company as Head of Data Governance, effective July 15, 2019.
Oldham held many positions at P&G over his 30-year tenure with the Fortune 100 organization, serving most recently as Global Digital Transformation and Operational Leader. In this role, Oldham led a very large internal transformation involving the relocation of hundreds of technology stacks to one scaled platform. He also led the creation and integration of new, faster, and more secure consumer-facing solutions for P&G, with an emphasis on hosting, privacy, and security/accessibility.
A few particular attributes attracted Oldham to InfoTrust, including the organization’s culture and growth potential.
“Before I ever started digging into the business side of InfoTrust, I started asking about the culture,” Oldham said. “And it’s not just the awards that stuck out; many of the company’s core values resonated with me. And I’ve seen those core values exhibited by the InfoTrust team members I met leading up to my decision to join the team.”
InfoTrust CEO Alex Yastrebenetsky recognizes Oldham’s experience as an incredibly valuable asset, especially as the organization aims to grow its data governance strategy and consulting services.
“Kent’s background provides us—and in turn, our clients—with an insider’s view into the world of data privacy and governance strategy at major companies,” Yastrebenetsky said. “With GDPR well-established by now and stateside regulations like the California Consumer Privacy Act taking effect soon, having someone who’s been there is huge.”
Oldham feels strongly that great things lie ahead for InfoTrust and its data governance offerings, including Tag Inspector (InfoTrust’s proprietary tag auditing platform).
“InfoTrust is doing a lot of sophisticated implementation and integration work, but there’s also a high demand for governance strategy and services,” Oldham said. “For most Fortune 100 companies, a single source of trust across analytics and governance is much needed, providing InfoTrust with a huge opportunity.”
In addition to his professional expertise, Yastrebenetsky recognized Oldham’s philanthropic side as matching well with InfoTrust’s “give to grow” outlook on community involvement. Oldham has served as the Board Vice President for the Center for Chemical Addictions Treatment in Cincinnati. The organization aims to “save lives and rebuild families by providing tools for lifelong recovery.”
Oldham is a graduate of Kansas State University and enjoys exploring his hometown of Cincinnati with his family.
