InfoTrust has been named as one of the 2022 Ad Age Best Places to Work, a program created by Ad Age and Best Companies Group.
This annual survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the North American marketing industry. This year’s list included 50 companies.
Companies from across North America entered a two-part survey process to determine the 2022 Ad Age Best Places to Work. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
The selection signals a consistent trend, as InfoTrust earned the No. 23 spot on Ad Age’s list in 2019, the No. 5 spot in 2020, and the No. 2 spot in 2021. InfoTrust has been named to the list five of the last six years. (There was no list released in 2018).
Beyond the company’s benefits—which include an open PTO policy, fully-paid medical insurance for the entire family, and tuition reimbursement—InfoTrust puts a strong emphasis on giving back to the communities in which employees live and work.
“We’re building something special at InfoTrust,” CEO Alex Yastrebenetsky said. “And that’s largely in part to our ‘give to grow’ mentality. We want to help others in need and to succeed … it’s at the forefront of our minds and drives us as a business every day.”
