Here at InfoTrust, we have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. In fact, to say we’re ending 2015 on a high note would be an understatement.
And we can’t think of a better way to show how grateful we are to be a part of this community than by giving back. This past week, InfoTrust ran it’s third annual Basket Brigade to donate Thanksgiving meals to families in need. In its inaugurual year we delivered meals to 33 families in the Cincinnati region. We are proud to say we almost doubled that number to 55 families in 2014.
This year, with the help of our dedicated staff and our office neighbors, we were able to deliver baskets to over 60 families in need. Our staff worked closely with the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Hamilton County Development Disability Services, and St. Vincent de Paul Society to identify families in the region.
Staff collected and donated food items to help stock baskets and ensured a full meal with ALL of the fixings were delivered to each family. This is just a portion of our basket assembly line; don’t worry turkeys were added the morning of delivery to ensure peak freshness =)
We got to meet some wonderful members of the community on Monday afternoon thanks to Hamilton County Development Disability Services.
Thanks to the Cincinnati VA Medical Center for helping us give back to our veterans and their families.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of the organizations who partnered with us to make this our biggest Basket Brigade yet. A special shout out to our new office neighbors, UnitedLex, who brought in OVER 20 full bags of groceries. We were completely blown away by your generosity.
Wishing you all a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving!
