A Year of Giving: Thank You for Being Part of Our Journey

This year has been nothing short of remarkable. For the first time ever, our company was honored by the Cincinnati community as one of the most giving companies – a recognition that reflects the values alive in every part of what we do. But make no mistake – our impact doesn’t end at Cincinnati’s city limits. With team members spanning the globe, our reach spreads far and wide, touching lives in countless places.

  • Together, we sent 1,500 baskets through the Basket Brigade, feeding 7,000+ people in need – a collective act of generosity that speaks to the heart of who we are (https://infotrust.com/articles/the-power-of-us-turning-gratitude-into-action-worldwide/).
  • We also celebrated an important milestone this year: the InfoTrust Foundation has now donated over $1 million since its founding (https://infotrust.com/articles/i-am-because-we-are-and-we-just-reached-1m/), with this year trending toward $250,000 in contributions. A large part of that giving supports children’s health, especially through our partnership with HeartWorks, an incredible organization committed to curing congenital heart disorder affecting more than 1% of the population. Because of this work, many vulnerable children are getting the care they desperately need and deserve.

Beyond the numbers and honors, what touches me most deeply is the spirit of giving embodied by our team. Every year, when we come together to assemble baskets, employees aren’t just showing up – they’re bringing their families. This generosity, this deep commitment to contribution, is what makes the difference for our customers, too. These are the same people who stand by our customers during their challenges, offering real, heartfelt support. They are the soul of our company, and I want to acknowledge and thank them for everything they give – not just during the holidays, but every single day.

None of this would be possible without you – our customers, partners, and colleagues who believe business is about more than profit; it’s about purpose. Together, we’re creating a movement dedicated to lifting families, spreading hope, and showing that open hearts create unstoppable impact.

Here are some of the amazing organizations we’re proud to support:

As we look ahead to the new year, I invite you to continue this journey with us. Let’s keep expanding this circle of generosity, touching more lives, and changing more stories along the way. Because your support isn’t just what keeps us going – it’s what makes us stronger, bolder, and ready for whatever comes next.

With deepest gratitude,
Alex Yastrebenetsky, CEO
