InfoTrust Selected as a Best Employer in Ohio for Third Consecutive Year

InfoTrust Best Employer in Ohio for Third Consecutive Year

InfoTrust is thrilled to formally announce we are named as a Best Employer in Ohio by Crain’s Cleveland Business and are number one in the “Small/Medium Business” category! This is the third straight year Crain has compiled a list of top companies in Ohio, and InfoTrust has been honored as a Best Employer in 2019, 2020, and now 2021.

Crain’s Best Employers are recognized for their exceptional company benefits, internal policies, and overall employee satisfaction. Staking claim to 51 employees from Ohio one year ago, InfoTrust now boasts 66 full-time employees based in Ohio today.

“The main goal of Best Employers in Ohio is to create an environment where employees love to come to work,” says Peter Burke, president and co-founder of Best Companies Group.

InfoTrust employees enjoy a wide range of benefits including fully-paid insurance, an open PTO policy, 12 weeks parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and much more! During the beginning of the pandemic, InfoTrust’s leadership team announced a No-Layoff Pledge through July 1; on May 20, it extended that pledge through Oct. 1, 2020. InfoTrust also offers free daily workouts, via Zoom, with a personal trainer (yoga, Zumba and more).

In recent months, InfoTrust has had the privilege of being awarded as a Fast 55 Recipient from the Cincinnati Business Courier, one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces in 2021, a finalist for Ad Age’s Best Places to Work 2021 list, and one of Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing companies in the Midwest, among other honors.
