InfoTrust has sponsored the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) Compensation Survey since 2020. Wondering what that is exactly?
According to the DAA, the purpose of this survey is to “measure compensation levels, identify typical benefits, and to determine to what degree various factors drive your earnings and perceived value with employers in the U.S. and internationally.” This survey is helpful for companies in the analytics industry to develop pay scales for all job levels. It also helps businesses ensure equitable and nondiscrimination for all employees. To do this, the DAA surveys members of the association yearly. With the results of this survey, they are able to gain more of an understanding and awareness into the compensation and benefits of the digital analytics profession.
Why does InfoTrust choose to partner with the Digital Analytics Association for this survey every year?
The answer is simple: our company is very passionate about inclusivity, diversity, and equitability. In fact, “promoting diversity” is one of our core values. And that’s exactly what the data found in this survey allows companies in this industry to do.
The objective of this survey is for companies within the digital analytics industry (like InfoTrust) to use the information and statistics to make improvements on wages and create compensation plans for analysts.
Head of Talent Acquisition Lisa Wilms said, “InfoTrust is honored to be a partner with DAA for this industry compensation study. The results have been really useful for our People team at InfoTrust. Even more so, the study has shown the need for more pay equity, and our hope is that it will make leaders aware and equipped to move forward and take action towards pay equity across genders and races.”
At InfoTrust we strive to increase fairness and lessen implicit bias. We hope to continue to partner with the Digital Analytics Association and their compensation survey in the future!
