Alex Yastrebenetsky is CEO and co-founder of InfoTrust, a privacy-centric digital analytics solutions company. Under his leadership, InfoTrust has received numerous awards, including being named to the following lists: Fortune 50 Best Small Workplaces, Ad Age Best Places to Work, Inc. 5000, and Inc. Best Workplaces. Outside of work, Alex is very passionate about supporting the local community, especially education and children’s health causes. He currently serves on the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Foundation Board and the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash Dean’s Advisory Board. In 2020, Alex was an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist for the East Central Region.
Michael Loban is the Chief Growth Officer at InfoTrust, a global, privacy-centric digital analytics solutions company. He is also co-author of the Amazon best-selling book, Crawl, Walk, Run: Advancing Analytics Maturity with Google Marketing Platform. When he is not motivating organizations to undertake a digital transformation, Michael can be found passing on the power of digital analytics to the next generation of marketers and analysts as a member of the Xavier University Williams College of Business Executive Advisory board and Term Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. He is also a presenter and contributing writer, with work published in Forbes, AdWeek, and CIO Magazine.
Kent Oldham the Chief Operating Officer at InfoTrust, a global, privacy-centric digital analytics solutions company. Prior to joining InfoTrust, Kent spent 30 years at Procter & Gamble, leading privacy and security work across 1,000+ sites at the enterprise consumer packaged goods company.
Lucas Long is Director of Privacy Strategy at InfoTrust, working with global organizations at the intersection of digital strategy, privacy regulations, and technical data collection architecture. Through these efforts, he helps companies understand their limitations for data enablement due to privacy challenges and design optimal ways to accomplish core use cases in a compliant manner. When not discussing the intricacies of GDPR and cookie laws with clients, Lucas enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, one bite at a time. Based in Barcelona, he is also a presenter and contributing writer, featured at industry events organized by Google, the Digital Analytics Association, and the Journal of Applied Marketing Analytics.
Chris Vaughan is the Director of Strategy at InfoTrust, working with his team to develop rock-solid strategic plans that ensure the company remains the leader in privacy-centric analytics solutions.
Prior to this role, Chris served as InfoTrust’s Head of Vertical for CPG, FMCG, and Multi-Brand partners, where he helped the world's largest and most recognizable brands develop, deploy, and measure their digital analytics strategies. Throughout his career, Chris has influenced the digital analytics architectures, data collection methodologies, and insights for thousands of websites and mobile apps around the world.
As a husband and father of three girls, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and traveling (especially to the Caribbean).
Melanie Bowles has been in the digital space for over ten years working on both the agency side and client side. She has been involved with the development of digital and optimization strategies for both SMBs and Fortune 500 companies across industries. Specializing in digital transformation, Melanie has been a catalyst for helping businesses increase traffic, improve customer experience and increase conversions and revenue. Melanie is currently an Industry Team Lead at InfoTrust where she partners with multi-functional teams to define analytics strategy, analyze data and evaluate the business impact of digital experiences for financial, automotive and B2B verticals.
Pam Castricone is Head of Data Science at InfoTrust. She helps e-commerce retailers and CPG organizations uncover greater insights and value from their data assets. Specializing in statistical and machine learning models, she applies these advanced analytical techniques to drive better ROI for her clients. As a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, Pam also helps her clients productionalize their models in the cloud to drive long-term usability and success.
Pam is also an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business, where she teaches a graduate-level course on digital analytics. When she isn’t analyzing data, Pam enjoys reading, the arts, and going out for brunch.
In his eight years at InfoTrust Tyler has brought the concept of Full-Stack Developer to the analytics and marketing tag world. Starting with tag implementation and finishing with data warehouse creation he has covered the full scope of the analytics data life cycle. He is currently Head of Integrations at InfoTrust where he works with his team to tackle the problems of siloed data, data science, and ETL services.
Peter Crofut is the Director of Partnerships at InfoTrust overseeing the company's partnership with Google. As Google's former Chief Platforms Evangelist, he partnered with the C-Suite of Google's largest brands to accelerate their digital display, data and analytics transformations.
Peter is recognized as a pioneer and expert in the intersection of data analytics, cloud and display platform technologies. His thought leadership has been published in Forbes and Think with Google; he also guest lectures at some of the world's top business schools and industry forums.
Courtney is an Industry Team Lead for InfoTrust’s Direct-to-Consumer digital analytics team. Starting her career in digital marketing consulting, she brings a strategic, “big-picture” perspective of how our clients can best leverage their data for marketing activation and insight generation. Since then, Courtney has focused her career on first-party data strategies and privacy-centric digital analytics practices to help retail and ecommerce organizations build a genuine and trusting connection with their customers.
Outside of InfoTrust, Courtney is also passionate about her involvement in the Digital Analytics Association (DAA), where she sits in key roles on the Privacy and Ethics Committee and the Implementation Task Force, and acts as a Women in Analytics (WIA) mentor. In her free time, she loves attending a game at her local AAA baseball stadium, or checking out the newest restaurants in the area with her husband.
Tom is the Industry Team Lead for InfoTrust’s Consumer Packaged Goods team. Working with a team of talented analysts from five countries and three continents, the group leads the digital analytics strategy and implementations for some of the world’s largest organizations. He has over 15 years of experience in the digital analytics industry and enjoys the daily challenge of adapting the ever-changing landscape of digital analytics tools to each company’s unique organizational structure and needs, all with an eye to the critical importance of privacy and global consumer data regulations.
When away from his desk, you’ll usually find Tom outside with his family, exploring the natural beauty that Pennsylvania has to offer on a bike ride, paddling down a stream, or hiking through the woods.
James is the Industry Team Lead for InfoTrust’s Healthcare & Fitness digital analytics team. He’s been at InfoTrust for over 10 years, starting as a marketing intern out of the University of Cincinnati. Other previous roles include the Advertising Manager prior to InfoTrust’s transition to a full-time analytics-exclusive agency. In addition to leading an industry team of rock star analysts, James works with some of the largest organizations in the world, helping them advance their digital analytics maturity in a forward-thinking and strategic manner.
Outside of work, James enjoys attending Cincinnati Bearcats football and basketball games, and spending quality time with his beautiful wife and dogs.
Kristi is an Industry Team Lead for InfoTrust’s Direct-to-Consumer digital analytics team. She has been a consultant in the marketing analytics field for over 15 years with experience spanning multiple vertices including online, print, B2B, and DTRV. Her career fullfillment comes from helping to support her retail clients that have digital storefronts to plan and execute strong analytic strategies that become foundational to informing their general business and marketing optimization decision-making.
Outside of InfoTrust, Kristi is a proud mom of two beautiful little girls. And because two kids aren’t enough to keep her busy on the weekends, she is also the founder and President of a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that organizes social activities for other working moms in her local area to meet and mingle with each other. If she ever does opt for a career change, it will definitely be to pursue her passion for event planning!
